Scope of Services
Rosie's Premier Cleaning provides residential cleaning services based on the cleaning package selected during booking. Services included in your package will be listed on our website or provided during the estimate process.
Additional services may be available upon request and may require additional charges.
Extra / Special Cleaning Policy
Some cleaning requests fall outside our standard service packages.
Special or custom cleaning services are not always listed on our website. If the service you need is not specifically listed, please contact us before booking.

Pricing for special cleaning requests may vary based on the size, condition, and complexity of the project.
Rosie's Premier Cleaning reserves the right to decline requests that require specialized licensing, hazardous material handling, repairs, heavy lifting, or services outside the scope of residential cleaning.
Client Responsibilities
To help us provide the best service possible, clients agree to:

Provide safe access to the property.

Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, and important documents.

Inform us of any fragile, delicate, or special-care items.

Notify us of any hazards, maintenance issues, or unsafe conditions before the appointment.

Remove excessive clutter from areas scheduled to be cleaned.
Pet Policy
We love pets; however, for the safety of both your pets and our cleaning team:

Pets should be secured or supervised during the cleaning appointment.

Aggressive, anxious, or untrained pets must be kept away from work areas.

Pets should not interfere with cleaning activities.

Rosie's Premier Cleaning is not responsible for pets that escape due to unsecured doors, gates, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a pet creates an unsafe working environment, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you believe an area included in your booked service was missed, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, return to address the issue.
Damages & Liability
Our team exercises reasonable care while cleaning your home.
Clients must notify us within 24 hours of any damage claim. We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Improperly installed items

Unsecured decorations, artwork, mirrors, shelves, or fixtures

Items with existing defects or structural weaknesses
Health & Safety
For the safety of our staff and clients, Rosie's Premier Cleaning does not provide services involving:

Biohazard cleanup

Human or animal waste removal

Mold remediation
-
Pest extermination
-
Hazardous chemicals
-
Hoarding remediation
